The applicant accepts that we will retain their personal details and use this for all communications, for processing their application, and so that we may from time to time email updates regarding the success of the season and notifications of future ballots.

Please be sure all information is correct and valid prior to submitting your application. Incorrect applications or information could result in your entry being unable to be processed. WFMC will endeavour to resolve any miscompleted entries, however, this may not be possible and your entry could be forfeit. Please ensure all information is correct!

 
If successful you may nominate up to two hunting companions. Successful applicants will be notified by email, results on website soon after the ballot.
